We took it easy at home when I got a call. It was a call from Henrik where he asked if I was interested in filming them. They was going to skate in an open pit that belongs to a larger mine that we have nearby. I did not have to think very long! I quickly packed both drones and film camera and set off. The ice was really nice, I already knew that since I flew over it with a drone just the day before. So I knew this was going to be special. I already knew about the weather forecast and snow would probably cover the ice later…
